Being a Mortgage Advisor means you help people realize a dream. That is a privilege. People come to me with all kinds of stories. But they have one thing in common. They need help navigating the hidden world of mortgages. In unfolding each new corner of the process, I am a learner. I must understand you and your needs. To that end, I ask questions before I give any advice. That’s how I learn your story. It is how an impersonal experience is given depth. From there, we become partners on a journey.
On the journey, I listen and then supply you with options. When I speak, I am explaining scenarios to you. I know I have done my job when you are confidently making the decisions. After all, buying a home is the biggest financial decision of most people’s lives. No one wants to be told what to do.
There are two parts to my education which equip me to help you. First, I have a master’s degree in counseling. I practiced for 5 years. This taught me the importance of listening and caring. Before that, I received my bachelor’s degree in business from Purdue University. One helps me make this process personal. The other helps me understand the complexity of the various loans I offer.
I am your servant in this process. That means I am determined to see you achieve your goal.
Don’t hesitate to reach out to me with any questions.
